Carleton Gibson graduated with University Honors from the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Concentration in Finance). From 2018 to 2021, Mr. Gibson worked at Tinicum Incorporated where he joined as an Investment Associate. He was responsible for developing investment theses across a variety of sectors, writing and presenting memorandums on potential public and private investment opportunities to Tinicum’s Investment Committee, as well as leading investment due diligence by creating operating and valuation models, conducting market research, analyzing business trends, vetting management teams, and conferring with industry experts and external advisors on third-party diligence. Prior to joining Tinicum, he began his post-college professional career in 2016 as an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he advised public and private companies across various industries on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and divestitures. His responsibilities included creating dynamic financial models, conducting transaction due diligence, preparing marketing materials, interfacing with executives, performing in-depth market research, and preparing valuation presentations for BofA Merrill Lynch’s Fairness Opinion Committee. 

David Rex attended The Pennsylvania State University where he graduated with a degree in Finance and a minor in International Business from the Smeal College of Business in 2016. He also graduated with a Masters in Accounting from the Smeal College of Business in 2017. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). David started full time at Ernst & Young (EY) in 2017 and was employed as a Senior Associate in the Financial Services Assurance and Valuation, Modeling, and Economics Groups through 2021. Beginning in January 2022, David started full time at Camini where he is a co-founder and co-portfolio manager.
